We will do a full investigation, evidence review, and write up of what we found. The evidence we collect adds up to hours of hours of review! It takes up to 6 weeks to do a full review. Please be patient! 

 

It is hard having people come into your home, especially when something is going on you can not explain! We will make it as easy and comfortable as possible. We will limit 2 investigators at a time to investigate. 

 

We typically will arrive around 6:00 pm to set up and talk to you. We will go lights out at 7:00 pm. We normally wrap up around 11:00 pm, and will be out by 12 am at the latest! I know these seems to be a long process. It will go by quick! 

To request an investigation, please keep these things in mind!

1. A form not fully completed could prolong an appointment for investigation.

2. Please be present for investigation. If you can not, please limit 1-2 representatives. Any more could contaminate our evidence!

3. We really mean only 1-2 persons. Do not ask for more. This isn't a game to us. We will deny you! 

4. Children are a big no-no. Like we previously stated, this is not a game. 

5. We have a command base. Any of our members, and any clients MUST stay there at all times. This is our control base. 

6. Cellphones can cause a lot of issues with equipment. Please keep yours at command base and on silent. 

 

7. Please be upfront with any and all information. 

 

8. Be prepared to complete another form with a lot more questions. The more info we can receive, the better investigation we can provide.
